UAE minister of energy to attend REW 2017


Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates Suhail Al Mazroui has confirmed he will take part Russian Energy Week (REW), which will be held on 3–7 October 2017.

The REW business programme will feature a discussion of the situation on global oil markets. The United Arab Emirates is a party to the OPEC+ agreement on the restriction of oil production. Suhail Al Mazroui announced plans in September to reduce supplies of all oil brands and cut oil exports by roughly 10%. “The UAE is committed to its involvement in reducing OPEC production”, he said.

The ‘Russian Energy Week’ Energy Efficiency and Energy Development International Forum (REW)will take place at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in Moscow on 3–7 October 2017. The forum will be attended by the heads of energy companies, leading global experts, and media representatives.
