Alfia Kogogina

Deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation


Born on February 22, 1966 in Zelenodolsk.

In 1991 she graduated from Kazan State University named after Ulyanov-Lenin with a specialization in "Economic Cybernetics", in 2006 – the Institute of business and business administration under the Academy of National

Economy affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation with a specialization in "МВА, marketing and sales management."

In 1992 – contract and claim activities economist in "Zelenodolsk design-construction office."

From 1992 to 1999 – senior specialist, head of the economics, financial analysis and forecasting department, head of the marketing and investment policy department in the administrative authority of Zelenodolsk district and the town of Zelenodolsk.

From 1999 to 2000 – the deputy director of the Center for economic and social studies of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) under the RT Cabinet of Ministers.

From 2000 to 2002 – deputy chairman of Goscomstat – the regional office of Goscomstat of Russia (Kazan).

During her professional life she participated in the development and creation of:

  • public authorities information support system (regional statistics) at the republic, city, enterprise level,
  • system of RT economy indicative management,
  • RT information security concept.

Was a member of the working team of economic recovery of Kazan Aircraft Production Association named after Gorbunov, took part in the project aimed at implementation of the first Russian agreement for leasing of TU-214 medium-range aircrafts (from the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan).

From 2002 to 2005 – director of a leasing department of KAMAZ OJSC.

From 2005 to 2011 – general director of KAMAZ Leasing Company OJSC, leasing and sales development director of KAMAZ OJSC, director of the financial service development department.

Since December 2011 – deputy of the 6th State Duma.

A member of the United Russia fraction.

A member of the State Duma industry committee.

Married, has three children.
