Biography

Born on September 4, 1961 in the village of Orekhovka, Samara region.

Graduated from Togliatti Polytechnic Institute and completed the extra-mural postgraduate course of V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of Russian Academy of Sciences.

From 1984 to 1990 he worked as a design engineer in AvtoVAZ Science and Technical Center.

From 1992 to 2005 – pro-rector, dean and head of a chair of Non-State Educational Institution Togliatti Academy of Management.

From 2005 to 2012 – pro-rector, director of the education technologies institute, director of the Educational Policy Center of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

The head and executor of over 50 project and analytical works in the development of vocational education, public finances, business administration. The World Bank expert. Author of over 60 publications.

In 2009 he entered the List of persons included into the reserve of senior executives under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.

The director of the Presidential Academy educational program: Preparation of the top reserve of senior executives.

Holder of the degree of Candidate of Technical Science with a specialization in "Management in social and economic systems."

Married. Has a son and a daughter.
